By signing this form, and upon payment of the Annual Membership Fee of EC$125 or US$50 and acceptance of my membership by the Executive of the Dominica SiFoCoL Alumni (DSAA), I become a Member of DSAA. I pledge to abide by the Constitution and By Laws of DSAA, keep secret and inviolate all affairs of DSAA. I will only disclose with written approval by DSAA Executive or by law.
